Niagara Falls is awesome!
This is so wonderful place!
I was on Niagara Falls for the second time last month. And it was great again. I knew interesting facts about...
- Water flow: 3160 tons of water flows over the falls every second! That accounts for 75750 gallons (287000 liters) of water per second over the American and Bridal Veil Falls and 681750 gallons (2,3 million liters) over the Horseshoe Falls.
- Colors: Niagara Falls is known for its natural rainbows. They can be spotted daily at Terrapin Point near the Horseshoe Falls in Niagara Falls State Park. If that's not reason enough to visit, don't miss the Falls at night as they are illuminated in an array of colors!
- Daring: Niagara Falls has a longstanding history of attracting daredevils and thrill seekers. Annie Edson Taylor, a 63-year-old-school teacher was the first person to servive a trip over the Falls in a barrel.
This place is recommendet for everybody to visit! That's for sure!
