1 – Map and indicator

(Graphic display of public opinion that helps users to evaluate the world)

To make it more convenient to evaluate the world or to see the image of the city (country), we have created a graphical representation of public opinion on the world map. Countries on the map are colored in light or dark tones depending on the ratio of good and bad stories.

There is a specific color for each value (the universal human values*). The map is painted in the color corresponding with the chosen topic or value.

You can click on any country to select it. The selected country will be shown on the map. After that the user can select a particular city (Stories in a list will sort according to selected region).

By comparing the country or city in tones of colors, you can easily see public opinion which is based on real-life stories and evaluate the world. You are also able to read and learn specific stories of particular people immediately. These stories create the image of the city, consequently they create the image of the country and of the world.

Indicator which is painted in the corresponding color is located under the map. It shows the exact ratio of good and bad in the chosen region on a particular topic or value.

More detailed statistical information helps to estimate the chosen region or to take the comparative analysis. To see detailed statistical information you should click on the indicator (under construction).

2 - Stories

To analyze the public opinion we have divided published stories into two types: «good» and «bad». All bad stories have a dark colored background and describe bad examples of city life. The good stories have a light background and good examples of city life, respectively. Thus it's easy to see what kind of stories users wrote.

3 – View story

To view any story from the list you need to click on the title of the story. In the opened story you can find out the author's opinion on a particular topic, subscribe to the author, vote for the story and discuss it in the comments. It is also possible to share any story on social networks.

For convenience of viewing stories in the list, you can filter stories to: all \ good \ bad.

Also you can sort stories in the list to see the stories with the highest number of votes or the recent published stories (bookmarks "Top" and "Recent").

In a bookmark "Subscription" each user will find the published stories of authors to whom he was subscribed.

4 – Add story

To add a new story a user should click on the "Write" or "+ Add your story" buttons. It is necessary to fill in the fields "City", "Topic of the story" and "Type of the story".

The city will be determined automatically by the geo-location services on the mobile devices.

Next step is to come up with the title and to start writing the story.

Authors can use images and photos as well as videos from YouTube.

(After the publication the story must score a certain number of votes, which will allow it to influence public opinion and the ratio of good and bad)

6 – The Universal human values

We developed the system of Universal human values.

Basing on a concept developed by the American psychologist William McDougall in which he classified the human instincts, as well as humanistic psychology of Abraham Maslow argued that people do not have the instincts, because they can overcome their desires, we derived the following definition:

The Universal human values – this is a system of values carrying out o role of the routine milestones which a man uses for : the fully legitimate socially life and the human society life in the Earth irrespective of his sex, race, age, ethnic traditions, religion, living epoch and the social structure. The loss of any of them leads to the loss of the human life sense. And the loss risk of any of them will enforce any man alive to make imaginable and unthinkable efforts for its protection and revival.

A notion of "moral values" is removed from the definition since "moral is formed mainly as a result of the education and upbringing…" (Wikipedia), that is the moral values are acquired values as a result of the human exposure to ethnic, religious, political and other inspirations which we can't call them the universal for every each specific case.

Every human society has formed for a man its own inspiration effects (education) which are called a "law", "constitution", "correction", "determination", "rule", "principle", "claim", "standards", "orientation", "commandment", "covenant", "prohibition", "canon", "mandate", "creed", "taboo", etc.

This whole list is the result of social experience that people were guided in their particular period, on the basis of their specific knowledge and to solve the social problems, for example, to preserve and maintain the country's harmony and order.

But this list in particular created in most cases for the protection of Universal human values, prevents to highlight a list of Universal human values, adding it by a list of philosophical, religious, and so on values set forth under the conditions dictated by the possible economic or other requirements.

All acquired values (nobility, do not kill, do not steal, family values, etc.) concretize, deepen, generalize and popularize the concept of the Universal human values.

In support of the above, we show the way by which any person in any country can "go" and get a list of the Universal human values.

It is necessary to start with the human being itself. Today, the easiest way is to turn to sites of Presidents of the different countries of the world or to the sites of the world civic organizations and to choose the topics on which people are turning to them. You will get about fifty topics. We grouped those topics on the similar grounds:

Theme of the man vital activities The Universal human values
All topics related to the physical health, such as: ecology, food, physical education, sports, and of course medical service and health. Health
Topics that intellectually form a personality, such as education, science, culture and art, IQ, etc. Educational and cultural growth or intelligence (Intellect)
Those topics that in today's world are related directly to money: the economy, personal incomes, social support, industry, construction, agriculture, business, unemployment, etc. Welfare
It includes all the topics related to nature: flora, fauna and natural resources. As well as man-made for living: architecture and design, tourism, housing affordability, kindergartens and schools, housing and municipal services, roads, transport, communications, informatization, etc. Comfortable accommodation (living environment) or accomplishment (Beautification)
It includes topics such as: natural disasters, technogenic catastrophes, as well as crime, corruption, raiding, drugs and drunkenness, here we included the law enforcement agencies as well: police, prosecutors, courts and bailiffs, MES and the army of course. Safety
It is, first of all love, family planning, birth of a child, foster children, family relationships, etc. Family
Social, religious, political, national or community service activities. Society

The Universal human values a common man forms throughout his life - from birth to the achievement of the political maturity.

When a child is born, we all want to see him healthy. After a birth, the baby immediately begins to perceive the world. He is learning to walk, talk, behave in a society, etc. This is the educational and cultural growth that lasts the whole lifetime. To grow healthy and receive the necessary education and training is necessary that the family had the appropriate welfare and could provide comfortable living conditions and safety of their loved ones.

Subject to the first 5 values appears the best situation for a healthy and strong family.

It is only after his family making, and having saved his life experiences a person can fully devote himself to the service of society, creating and participating in children's and youth organizations, can help the disabled, veterans and pensioners, or may contribute by joining the social, religious, political or governmental organization.

  • The Universal human values – existing.
  • There are seven of them.
  • All of them and each of them are: the main, most important, original, fundamental, absolute and eternal as the human instincts are the basis of them.
  • All Universal human values are unchanged from the time, from the economical, political, military, and other conditions change. But topics with the society advance may be changed, divided, supplemented. Together they form a system of values.
  • All Universal human values, in the ordinary sense of the word, do not contradict any of the world religions.
  • Each of them can be evaluated by measured.
  • The loss of any of them leads to a loss of the human life meaning.
  • It is their constant study, protection, improvement was the driving of the human society development.
  • They are simple and complex as human being life.
